Talking about The Turgo-Charged Plan:

The goal of this plan is to help the "resistant dieter"--the person who struggles to lose 1 to 2 pounds even when following a weight loss plan to the letter.

That would be a great book for my sister. She is not massively overweight, but has carried a little extra since having her youngest. Find out through the doctors that my sister, no matter how hard she tries, has a hard time shedding even a pound. She tries to no avail, and her body-weight remains unchanged. I will have to find a copy of this for her and pray the 'dummies' term doesn't offend her.
