The Friday 56 - Week 182

Welcome to Week 182!

*Grab a book, any book.
*Turn to page 56 or 56% in your eReader
*Find any sentence, (or few, just don't spoil it) that grab you.
*Post it.
*Add your (url) post to the Linky at Freda's Voice. Add the post url, not your blog url. It's that simple.

I decided to browse through page 56 of this travel guide to see what I could learn.

More than 50 miles of bicycle trails originate in the Boston area, including the Charles River Bike Path...and the Minuteman Bikeway...from Cambridge to Bedford. You can take your bike on any of the MBTA subway lines except the Green and Silver Lines, but you must avoid rush hours (7am to 10am and 4pm to 7pm weekdays) and always ride on the last train car.

Have you ever cycled through Boston? I certainly haven't tried it.

I like your choice of a travel book--what fun!

Cycling sounds a little active for me. I walked when I visited Boston many years ago. Happy reading!

I like the idea of featuring a travel book, and this sounds like a good guide to Boston. It's been a while since I've cycled anywhere, but I do remember the horrendous traffic in Boston when I visited years ago. No wonder they don't want people to ride their bicycles during evening rush hour!
Here's the link to my Friday post: STELLA IN STILETTOS.

I don't know the number of trails in our city. I know of two or three which are really pretty. Fifty seems like a lot for one city.

I love travel books and this one sounds interesting. I'm not a big cyclist but I know people who would love this one!
